Beginning the week of September 3rd, 2018, Commonwealth Edison will begin utility relocations at Harnish and Randall Road. The work will occur along the east side of the road (northbound lanes), and continue to the north towards Huntington Drive. Traffic disruptions should be minimal as the work is contained off of the pavement in the parkway. Shoulder closures should be anticipated for equipment and material staging. This work is in preparation for the widening of Randall Road. Additional relocations will also start soon in various areas.
