The week of 5/19/25, the contractor will continue with the removal and stockpiling of topsoil, which will be reused later in the project. Work will also continue on the installation of temporary pavement, including placement of an earthen base followed by the placement of temporary concrete pavement. This work will require temporary lane closures as crews complete activities next to the existing roadway.
Work has begun on the new tributary channel and berm on the west side of Randall Road.
Installation of water main has begun and will be bored under the roadway to minimize traffic impacts.
Initial ground improvements will begin on the west side of Randall Road, just south of Miller Road. This work will include pile driving wooden supports into the ground to prepare for the future roadway.
Visit the Drone flight page of the website for a bird’s eye view of progress.
With the temporary lane closures, please be aware of merging traffic and possible slowdowns in the area. Your patience is appreciated. All work is weather-dependent, and the schedule could change accordingly.
