Update – Week of 7/20/2026
Traffic Alert:
The intersection of Alexandra Boulevard at Randall Road is scheduled to reopen on July 24, weather dependent.
This week, work continues on the Randall Road Improvements project, with multiple operations occurring simultaneously. Upcoming construction activities include:
- Continued stone base operations from the south project limits through the Woods Creek Bridge to Miller Road
- Preparation for concrete pours and asphalt placement for intersection improvements at Alexandra Boulevard
- Pavement preparation and concrete pours from the south project limits (Acorn/Polaris) to Woods Creek Bridge
- Sidewalk preparation and concrete pours from Village Road to Angela Lane
- Bridge and roadway parapet forming and concrete pours at the Woods Creek bridge
- Continued retaining wall installation and backfilling
- Continued topping work on newly installed retaining walls
- Staining of the concrete walls along the bridge
- Retaining wall work at Miller Road bridge
Expect frequent southbound lane closures through the work zone while crews work.
