Update – Week of 4/13/2026
Construction activities will ramp up this week including work on the new roadway and the Woods Creek Bridge:
- Dirt operations will resume with excavation from the north being moved to the south
- Continued work on the Woods Creek bridge deck forming
- Continued installation and backfilling of retaining walls
- Continued topping work on existing retaining walls
- Installation of storm sewer
- Initiation of earth excavation for the new widened roadway
Traffic Alert: Expect frequent southbound lane closures at the bridge while crews work, with only one southbound through lane open on Randall Road at times.
Traffic Alert: Upcoming Village Road Closure
Village Road at Randall Road is tentatively scheduled to be closed beginning the week of May 4th, 2026, for approximately three weeks. This work is weather dependent, and exact dates may change. Additional closure updates will be provided as they are confirmed. Northbound left-turn access from Randall Road will remain available at Miller Road and Alexandra Boulevard during the closure.
