NICOR, ComEd and ATT utility relocations are scheduled to begin in mid-September, continuing through the winter and into spring of 2019.
The County and construction company representatives have been meeting to coordinate the roadway construction schedule with the planned utility relocations.
The construction company is getting ready to begin the following;
- median removals,
- pre-stage temporary pavement installation,
- tree removal,
- temporary lighting and temporary signal installation
No firm start date has been established for these items, but a mid to late September start is anticipated.
